Pre-Order Shipping Policy

Processing and Shipping Timeline
All pre-order items from the Kinfolk Pilates Capsule 1.0 collection are made to order. Once the pre-order window closes, please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be processed, customized, and shipped.

• Production Timeline: It takes approximately one week to receive goods from the manufacturer and another week for printing.
• Shipping Time: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, we are only accepting domestic orders within the United States.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout, including your apartment number and ZIP code. We cannot make any changes to your address after your order is placed.
